Hypnotherapy combines the use of Hypnosis with various therapeutic approaches to enable a person to affect change in their life. The hypnosis or trance element, is simple a state of deep relaxation, the feeling you have when you are first waking in the morning or drifting off to sleep at night, it is something we all experience. Within Hypnotherapy we are utilising the state of relaxation to enable change within the great powerhouse of the subconscious mind.
Louise has been practicing Hypnotherapy since 2015 after having panic attacks she decided to try Hypnotherapy. After 3 sessions she was so impressed with the results, she decided to train in this non-evasive therapy. She believes that there is not a “one fit for all” and writes her scripts for each individual client as we are all unique.
