Hip. Dip, Dip. Reflex, Level 3 Pilates
After attending Pilates classes for many years and feeling the benefits mentally and physically Louise decided to train as a Level 3 Pilates instructor.
Louise has always been interested in fitness after studying dance as a youngster. She understands the pressures of our everyday lives and the importance of exercise on the mind and body. When she gave up smoking 20 years ago, she took up running and after having run 3 marathons over the years she’s decided that a gentler approach to fitness suits her better now and regularly swims, walks, cycles and of course practices Pilates.
Louise has seen the empowerment that keeping fit mentally and physically offers clients. She enjoys helping people reach their potential and get the most out of their lives.
Already a qualified Hypnotherapist and Reflexologist Louise has seen clients with drug issues, eating disorders and victims of abuse, many of whom have lost confidence in their ability over the years, whose mental health has benefited through gentle exercise.
Pilates is suitable for everyone – it aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Louise believes that if you enjoy and have fun when you exercise, you’re more likely to keep up the practice, improve and stay fit and this is something she hopes to bring to her classes. At the end of each class there is always a meditative relaxation which everyone looks forward to.
